Join Acharya Shunya, a living Yogini and esteemed teacher of yoga’s spiritual traditions, for a profound exploration of the four interconnected paths of yoga—Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Jnana Yoga. Rooted in the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, and Vedas, this immersive workshop goes beyond physical postures to reveal the deeper essence of yoga as a path to self-realization.
Through meditative chants, reflective discussions, and practical exercises, Acharya Shunya will guide you in experiencing yoga as a holistic spiritual discipline. Each session is designed to help you integrate these ancient teachings into your daily life, fostering emotional resilience, spiritual well-being, and inner transformation.
This four-week journey is an invitation to move beyond the conventional understanding of yoga, connecting with its mystical roots and unlocking its true potential. Whether you seek personal growth, deeper self-awareness, or a more profound connection with the divine, this workshop offers the rare opportunity to study with a master teacher who embodies the wisdom she shares.
Step onto this path and awaken the union of mind, body, and spirit.
Week 1: Bhakti Yoga – The Path of Devotion

Week 2: Karma Yoga – The Path of Selfless Action
Explore how selfless action, performed without attachment, leads to inner peace. Discuss ways to integrate Karma Yoga into daily life, recognize how duty and service calm the ego, and reflect on how detachment fosters spiritual growth.
Week 3: Raja Yoga – The Path of Meditation
Delve into the eight limbs of Raja Yoga with a focus on meditation. Learn breathing techniques, guided meditations, and self-discipline practices to quiet the mind and deepen inner awareness.
Week 4: Jnana Yoga – The Path of Knowledge
Study the path of wisdom and self-inquiry through teachings from the Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads. Reflect on the nature of the Self, practice contemplative techniques, and integrate all four yoga paths for a holistic approach to spiritual growth.
